How To Install Skype On Roku

When it comes to top streaming devices today, Roku ranks amongst the top three. Roku TV gives you access to hundreds of entertainment platforms on your Smart TV. The Roku device itself is a USB-like device that you plug into your smart TV. When Roku came out over 10 years ago, the only streaming service available was Netflix. Over time, the platform has grown to accommodate hundreds of similar platforms.

The good thing about the Roku streaming device is that it is free to use. Besides the money spent on buying the device, you don’t have to pay for a monthly subscription to continue using the platform. Unless of course, you want to access premium streaming apps like Netflix that require a monthly payment.

Skype on the other hand is Microsoft’s platform for communication. Even before the platform, many individuals and organizations used the platform for instant communication. On the Skype platform, you can send instant messages, voice calls, and video calls between devices.
